Parsa Coffee Roasters is an Istanbul-based specialty coffee roastery founded in 2020, operating in Karaköy (Beyoğlu) with on-site roasting and a visible roastery space. The company focuses on specialty-grade coffee, emphasizing careful green-bean selection, roast profile development, and flavor clarity through a scientific and creative roasting approach. Its head roaster and co-founder Parsa Abedini won the 2025 SCA Türkiye Coffee Roasting Championship. We've been to Parsa Coffee Roasters on our last trip to Istanbul and very much enjoyed the experience.
