Michael and Karen Thomas launched Poppet's Coffee in 2020 during the pandemic from a modest 10 by 16 foot backyard shed in Kettering OH in the Dayton area. What began as a pandemic project has evolved into a specialized roasting operation offering over 50 flavored coffees, 30 to 40 single origin specialty blends, and more than 200 different teas.
