Wild House Coffee

United States

Wild House Coffee is a Queens based roaster founded by Mike Signorelli and Dhanuka and Emily Ekanayake, drawing on backgrounds that span Colombian coffee farms and Sri Lankan tea estates. The company sources exclusively from emerging Asian coffee origins, working with producers in Nepal, India, Sumatra, and Vietnam to bring underrepresented coffees to a wider audience. Each coffee is roasted in small batches across light, medium, and dark profiles, with blends like Supernatural and Wholly Spirit showcasing the range and depth of these regions. Wild House runs the East Eden Project, planting one tree for every bag sold in partnership with reforestation organizations. The roastery uses biodegradable packaging, keeping the environmental ethos consistent from sourcing through delivery.
