Pair Cupworks

About This Coffee

This coffee is a Bourbon varietal from the Cajamarca region of Peru, grown by Wilder Garcia at 1800 meters altitude. The coffee is washed processed, with cherries depulped on the same day of harvest and fermented for 48 hours in hermetic tanks before drying in solar dryers. The 23-hectare farm uses a Tissue Management System applied in a two-year cycle and produces around 720 quintals of parchment annually. The harvest season runs from August to October. This coffee offers floral flavor notes with apricot, melon, and citrus characteristics that vary depending on the brewing method.
