Pair Cupworks

About This Coffee

This natural-processed Sidra varietal coffee is produced by Finca El Diviso and the Lasso Family in the Bruselas region of Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1750 meters above sea level. Sidra is a rare Arabica varietal first developed in Ecuador with genetics comparable to Ethiopian landrace varietals. The natural processing highlights Sidra's fruity character, producing tropical fruit, raspberry, and floral notes with lychee and peach flavors. The cup profile is refreshing yet complex with a prolonged fruit finish. Harvest occurs from October to January.
