The blend features Yellow Catuaí and Mundo Novo varieties processed using fermented and natural methods. With an SCA score above 86 points, it offers tasting notes of chocolate, red fruits, milk chocolate, caramel, apple pie, cocoa, rapadura, and nuts. The coffee has a medium to full body with medium-low acidity, delivering a chocolate-forward profile with gentle fruit tones and caramelized sweetness.
