Herr Hase Kaffeerösterei

Sven Hasenclever, descended from an old baker family, founded Herr Hase Kaffeerösterei in mid 2014, establishing the roastery on the idyllic Hof Suttarp at Ottmarsbocholter Strasse 117 in Münster Amelsbüren. Rather than chasing a sprawling portfolio, Hasenclever deliberately keeps his coffee selection manageable, concentrating his energy on getting the absolute best out of each green coffee he sources. Every batch is roasted fresh in small quantities, ensuring the beans reach customers at peak flavor. Three signature blends carry names drawn from Masematte, the local Münster dialect: Seegers, Kaline, and Lorenz, each reflecting a different flavor profile. Alongside these, carefully chosen single origins with distinctive aromas round out an offering that prioritizes depth and quality over breadth.
