Standout Coffee

About This Coffee

This is a washed Bourbon coffee from Ecuador, produced by Gladys Erazo at her farm Cutanapamba in San Pedro de Vilcabamba, Loja region at 1800 meters altitude. The coffee undergoes careful cherry selection through flotation, an 18-hour fermentation, and slow drying on African beds. The variety is Bourbon with screen size 15. This delicate and refined coffee offers a crisp acidity and a tea-like body. Floral aromatics lead into flavours of white grape, plum, hibiscus and honeycomb sweetness, with a clean, well-structured cup and a rounded finish.
