This Naturally processed Gesha comes from La Bastilla Estate in Jinotega, Nicaragua, a Rainforest Alliance-certified farm since 2003. Grown at 1,300-1,500 meters altitude, each lot is carefully separated by microclimate, variety, and altitude. The coffee features flavor notes of bing cherry, red apple, and bright citrus florals. The natural process deepens the fruit sweetness while preserving a delicate elegance. Harvested December 2024 through March 2025. Final roast date February 13, 2026.
