About This Coffee

This is a Double Fermented Washed Gesha coffee from the El Arrayan farm in the El Pital, Vereda Las Mercedes region of Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1700 meters altitude under native trees, this Gesha variety coffee undergoes an innovative 48-hour double fermentation process - first oxidized in cherry for 2 days, then fermented in tanks for another 2 days before a light wash. The coffee offers a delightful aroma of red and white florals with notes of red currants and sweet pomegranate lemonade, culminating in a long finish of black tea and jasmine.
