A rotating single origin coffee from Villa Corzo, Chiapas, Mexico, grown at 1150 meters elevation by producer El Cielo. This coffee features Marsellesa and Obata varieties, harvested in 2025 and processed using the washed method. The cherries are handpicked by Doña Duglas and her family, then depulped and fermented for 24 to 36 hours before being washed thoroughly and dried on raised beds. Roasted to a well-developed profile suitable for both espresso and filter brewing, it offers flavor notes of caramel, cherry, and chocolate with more caramelized sugars and slightly muted acidity.
