This washed Ethiopian coffee originates from Gedeb in the Gedeo Zone, processed at Gotiti Washing Station. The blend comprises varieties 7454, 74110, and 74112, grown at 2,000–2,100 meters altitude. The coffee presents mandarin, peach, nectarine, and earl grey notes with a dense, citrusy, and balanced profile featuring light florals and tea-like qualities. Roasted by Intermission Coffee, it is recommended as a filter coffee, particularly for cone-shaped brewers like V60.
