Abu #3160 [Geisha Washed Anaerobic]

Tanat Coffee

About This Coffee

A Geisha from Abu Coffee in Panama, produced by the Luttrell family on one of the country's most prestigious farms. This lot undergoes a double anaerobic process: cherries ferment 24 hours in open tanks, are then depulped and macerated 72 hours in sealed tanks, before being fully washed with mountain spring water and dried 15 days on raised beds. The cup offers a delicate bouquet of jasmine, fruity notes of apricot and pear, and a bright citrus finish.
