About This Coffee

This Aji Bourbon is produced by Nestor Lasso at El Diviso farm in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,800 meters. This coffee undergoes a complex, multi-stage process including anaerobic fermentation, oxidation, mosto recirculation, and thermal shock. The resulting cup is elegant and bright, featuring distinct flavor notes of orange blossom, candied citrus, and Froot Loops. In 2026, Roast Magazine named Kafiex its Micro Roaster of the Year, recognizing a journey that started at farmers markets and grew through international competitions. Sustainable sourcing is central to the operation, and a Coffee Club offers members curated selections, in store tastings, and exclusive sensory events.
