About This Coffee

All Day is a community coffee sourced from Herrera, Tolima, Colombia. Currently composed of El Meridiano, a blend of washed processed lots from small-scale producers in the Herrera area. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,950 meters above sea level. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. The washed processing method produces big, bright acidity with a lingering Panela sugar sweetness. The coffee delivers sweet chocolate and nougat flavors when brewed with milk.
