This coffee is a single origin microlot from Hatessa Village in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced at the Alo Coffee Hatessa Mini Station by Tamiru Tadesse. The coffee grows at an elevation of 2320-2460masl and is made from the 74158 cultivar. It undergoes an anaerobic natural processing method where ripe cherries are fermented in sealed tanks for 72 hours before being dried on African raised beds for 25 days. The coffee presents tasting notes of grape, cherry, candied date, and syrah with a vibrant, fruit-forward profile.
