This Geisha variety coffee is grown at 1780 meters altitude on the Mima Estates farm, located on the slopes of the Baru Volcano in Panama. The coffee is cultivated in volcanic soil under 70% shade. It undergoes a unique processing method involving initial drying on African beds, followed by a fermentation stage in Grain Pro bags with the mosto of another lot, and a final drying stage in a temperature-controlled room. This process results in a complex and high-quality cup profile characteristic of the renowned Altieri Geisha lineage.
