Grown at 1,900 meters above sea level on the eastern slopes of Volcán Barú, this coffee is produced by Eugene Altieri's family-run Altieri Coffee operation. The beans undergo Natural Dry Fermentation Mosto processing, an innovative experimental method. The coffee presents elegant tasting notes of plum, lavender, and grapefruit with bright acidity, refined sweetness, and layered fruit and floral characteristics.
