This coffee is a Geisha varietal from the high-altitude farms of Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,900 meters above sea level on the eastern slopes of Volcán Barú. It is produced by Altieri Coffee, founded by Eugene Altieri in 2005 and now run by his family. The coffee undergoes Natural River Flow Fermentation processing, creating an elegant profile with bright acidity, refined sweetness, and layered fruit and floral notes. Tasting notes include lychee, raspberry, and floral characteristics.
