The coffee is a blend of S795 and Catimor varieties, processed as an Aerobic Natural with 24-hour in-fruit aerobic fermentation and slow-dried for 28 days. Light roasted, it delivers a syrupy, full-bodied cup with tasting notes of plum, baker's chocolate, and orange, with a clean sweetness and no booziness.
