This coffee is grown by Apiwat Yakruch in Doi Chang village, Maesuai district, Chiang Rai, Thailand at 1,200-1,395 meters altitude. It is a washed process coffee made from Typica, Catimor, and mixed varieties. The light roast produces flavor notes of black tea, lemon, green apple, and raspberry.
