About This Coffee

A rare dark roast honey-processed coffee regeneratively grown by the Inga people in the southwest region of Colombia. Sourced from Inga Reserve at high altitude (7050 ft) in a shade-grown setting. Caturra variety. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, roasted walnut, and cinnamon. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic ash and dried using stacked raised bed solar dryers on the farm.
