This natural processed coffee is grown in southwestern Ethiopia in the regions of Kaffa and Illubabor at 1800-2200 meters altitude. The coffee is forest harvested, meaning it is self-sown and grows under the shade of natural forest trees. It features Heirloom varieties and is processed using the natural method. This is a dark roast espresso with flavor notes of chocolate, caramel, and wine.
