This coffee hails from the Aricha Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at 1900 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee made from Kurume, Wolisho, and other local landrace varieties. The coffee offers vibrant acidity with flavor notes of soft florals, lemon cookie, dark honey sweetness, and subtle stone fruit resembling yellow peaches, presented with a light roast profile and clean body.
