About This Coffee

This coffee is a washed Gesha with anaerobic fermentation from the Tolima region of Colombia. Cultivated organically by an Indigenous community near Nevado del Huila Natural Park at 1750 meters altitude, the cherries are harvested on canvases, gently depulped, and fermented in sealed bags for five days before being washed. The result is a cup with delicate, exotic notes featuring passion fruit, tangerine, honey, and floral characteristics, achieving a cupping score of 88.
