Assembly Espresso Blend is created in collaboration with esteemed specialty coffee shops in the UK, with components regularly refined according to crop seasonality. The blend offers a classic profile with prominent notes of chocolate and caramel, and a weighty texture. Current components include 60% Brazil from Mió producer (natural process), 30% Colombia from Red Association Smallholders (washed process), and 10% DR Congo from Rebuild Women's Hope Smallholder Co-operative (natural process). With milk, the flavor is reminiscent of banoffee pie.
