This coffee is sourced from Finca Santa Teresa, a coffee farm and mill in Panama stretching over 237 acres in the cloud forest at 1400-1600 meters above sea level, adjacent to La Amistad National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The farm is famed for its award-winning Geisha coffees and is home to Caturra and Catuai plants. For this blend, Finca Santa Teresa has combined seven Caturra and Catuai microlots to create a smooth, sweet and silky coffee. The coffee features prominent sweetness, low acidity, and viscous texture, optimized for espresso but also delicious when brewed with other methods, especially French Press.
