Processed using Intenso Yeast Naturals (Extended Fermentation), where ripe cherries are dried with the fruit still on, concentrating sugars. Light roasted with a medium, juicy body and medium-high, fruit-like acidity. Tasting notes include blueberry, raw cacao, and marigold. Best suited for pour over, Aeropress, cold brew, and V60.
