This specialty coffee is sourced from the Banko Chelchele farm in Gedeb, Ethiopia. It is a blend of Dega, Wolisho, Kurume, and 74110 varieties. The coffee is processed using the washed method and roasted in Singapore. It features a delicate and aromatic flavor profile with distinct notes of jasmine, bergamot, peach, and white chrysanthemum tea.
