A washed Heirloom coffee from the small village of Banko Gotiti in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Grown by a collective of growers at altitudes ranging from 2,050 to 2,300 MASL (with an average of 2,100 MASL), and produced by Wete Ambela, a coffee exporting company. Roasted very lightly (Agtron 106) to emphasize its floral and citric character. Flavor notes include lime, floral, and white peach, with a fantastically tea-like profile typical of washed Yirgacheffe coffees.
