A Grade A honey-processed coffee from Baroida Estate in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, specifically in the Baroida, Aiyura, and Kainantu subregion at 1,700 to 1,850 meters altitude. Grown on a 220-hectare estate owned by the Colbran family. The coffee features a blend of Arusha, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties, with flavor notes of blood orange, stone fruit, jasmine, and honey.
