Red Bourbon variety processed using a washed method with double fermentation. Medium roast with flavor notes of milk chocolate and red fruits. Versatile coffee suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
The Artery Community Roasters is a social enterprise based in Ottawa, Ontario, employing people living with disabilities at living wages. They roast in small batches on a Coffee Crafters Artisan XL with a capacity of up to 10 pounds per roast, and ship within one week of roasting. Sourcing is done on a direct trade basis, maintaining one to two degrees of separation from the farmers. The Artery was named Coffee Roaster of the Month by Commonly Coffee.
