This single origin coffee is from Finca Bella Aurora in Dipilto, Nueva Segovias, Nicaragua, grown at 1600 meters elevation. The coffee is produced by farmer Luis Joaquin Lovo and milled at Las Segovias. The varietals are Caturra and Borbón. The farm is located near the border with Honduras and routinely places highly in Nicaragua's Cup of Excellence. The Lovo family has been producing coffee for this roaster for 15 harvest seasons. The coffee features tasting notes of apple butter, graham cracker, and honey.
