This single origin coffee is from Nicaragua's Dipilto region in Nueva Segovias at 1600 meters elevation. Produced by farmer Luis Joaquin Lovo at Finca Bella Aurora and processed at Las Segovias mill. The coffee features Caturra and Borbón varieties with tasting notes of apple butter, graham cracker, and honey. The farm is located near the Honduras border in an area known for producing Cup of Excellence winning coffees, representing a 15-year relationship with the Lovo family.
