This dark roast blend combines ⅔ French Roast Colombia and ⅓ Sumatra, both decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. The Swiss Water Process uses only water, a carbon filter, temperature and time to remove 99% of caffeine while maintaining the original flavors of the coffee bean. This chemical-free decaffeination process is eco-friendly. The blend features complex flavors with notes of nutmeg and baker's chocolate, making it an ideal end to a meal and well-suited for high-end espresso machines.
