The farm is managed by the Café Pacas family since 2010 and features biodiversity shade-grown conditions across 18 separate lots. This coffee is the Bernardina variety — a rare arabica cultivar with 70% Geisha genetics, first identified on the Pacas family estate. Processed using the honey method. Flavor notes include mimosa, orange, honey, pear, peach, and Ulong tea.
