A 2025 El Salvador Cup of Excellence #4 winner (score 89.55) from Finca La Esperanza, located in Cantón El Porvenir, Chalchuapa municipality, Santa Ana region, at 1100–1650 meters altitude. The farm is managed by the Café Pacas family since 2010 and features biodiversity shade-grown conditions across 18 separate lots. This coffee is the Bernardina variety — a rare arabica cultivar with 70% Geisha genetics, first identified on the Pacas family estate. Processed using the honey method. Flavor notes include mimosa, orange, honey, pear, peach, and Ulong tea.
