A single-origin organic coffee from Mustafa Abakeno's 18-hectare farm near Agaro in the Jimma region of Ethiopia, grown at 2040 meters altitude. The coffee is depulped and fermented for 8–12 hours before being dried in parchment on raised beds for 7–10 days. Light roasted for filter preparation, it offers floral characteristics with notes of peach, raspberry, and lemon. Certified organic by Certipaq FR-BIO-09.

Muda is a micro specialty roastery led by Dajo Aertssen, a decorated cup tasting champion who brings deep sensory expertise to small batch roasting.
