Bethania is a washed coffee from Nueva Segovia, Dipilto region in Nicaragua, grown at 1500 meters altitude on Finca Bethania by Ana & Martha Albir. The coffee features the Java arabica variety, a relatively hardy cultivar with excellent cupping properties when grown at elevation. The bean exhibits a soft, velvety mouthfeel with balanced milk chocolate, macadamia nut, and apricot flavor notes.
