Sweven Coffee

Sweven Coffee takes its name from an Old English word meaning dream and vision, a fitting choice for a roastery founded in 2019 by Jimmy and Aga Dimitrov after a decade working in specialty coffee. Jimmy is a certified Q grader and has competed in the UK Barista Championships and Coffee Masters events in London, New York, and Los Angeles, while Aga has competed in both the UK Latte Art Championships and the UK Brewers Cup. The couple roast from their base in Bedminster, Bristol, taking a Nordic style approach and focusing on rare, exclusive coffees from innovative producers they have built long standing relationships with. Their rotating seasonal menu is complemented by a limited frozen offering showcasing the pinnacle of each producer's craft. Sweven ships worldwide and has earned recognition from the London coffee industry for its consistency and quality.
