This coffee is sourced from the Taferi Kela region in Sidama, Ethiopia, grown by community farmers at an altitude of 1900-2100 meters. It is a washed coffee processed by Bette Buna. The flavor profile features notes of spice cake, including cinnamon, clove, and cardamom, along with toffee, orange, and milk chocolate. It offers a good body and is a classic example of a washed Ethiopian coffee.
