This coffee is from Uganda and features SL14 and SL28 varietals. It is processed using the washed method, which was a departure from Uganda's traditional natural processing. The coffee offers tasting notes of blackcurrant, lemon, and brown sugar. The lot was named "Midnight Flight" after the dramatic late-night delivery to the washing station by Agri Evolve, where drivers raced down rain-soaked mud roads to prevent over-fermentation of the cherries.
