A Special Edition organic espresso from the Quiché region of Guatemala, grown on Finca Juan Marroquin at approximately 1,700 meters altitude. The Caturra and Bourbon varieties are hand-picked and wet-processed (depulped and fermented in small batches). The farm features a high biodiversity with shade trees including lemon, orange, and Pacaja palms. Flavor profile features pronounced black currant and vanilla aromas. Medium espresso roast, awarded a Gold Medal by the German Röstergilde 2024.
