The variety is Pink Bourbon, processed using an advanced washed process that includes manual harvesting, density classification, UV and ozone sterilization, thermal water immersion, multi-stage anaerobic fermentation with selected microorganisms, precision hot-and-cold washing, and controlled ecological drying with programmed temperature curves. The flavor profile features rose lemonade, guava, orange blossom, passion fruit, peach tea, and rhubarb with tropical, vibrant, and silky characteristics.
