This is a light roast blend from Costa Rica combining two processing methods. The blend includes Costa Rica La Pastora Tarrazú, a coffee with rich blueberry body, caramel syrupy sweetness, and floral notes, paired with Costa Rica Finca Danilo, a natural process coffee with notes of strawberry, banana, and ice cream texture. The result is a fruit-forward cup with distinct blueberry and strawberry acidity, rounded out by soft stone fruit sweetness of peach. The roast profile is intentionally light to highlight the inherent fruit characteristics and ensure clarity and even extraction on any brew method.
