A washed-process single origin coffee from the Abore Washing Station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa. Grown at altitudes of 1,920–2,020 meters above sea level, it uses heirloom Ethiopian varietals 74110 and 74112. Light/medium roast with a delicate, tea-like mouthfeel. The cup opens with elegant tea-like notes, transitions to red fruits, and finishes with a lingering sweetness. Tasting notes include White Blossom Tea, Tangerine, Cotton Candy, Red Cherry, and Honey. Cup score: 86.25.
