This coffee comes from the Buku Abel washing station in the Hambela district of Ethiopia's Guji Zone. Situated at altitudes reaching 2,100 meters on a sun-drenched hill with cool high-mountain winds and nutrient-dense red soil, the environment allows for slow cherry maturation. This natural process lot is composed of local landrace varieties and showcases a fruity intensity with vibrant notes of fresh strawberry, blueberry, and a sweet citrusy richness reminiscent of orange cake.
