This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Finca Capim Branco in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, grown at an altitude of 1,150 meters. It is a 100% Arabica coffee of the Yellow Catuai variety, processed using the natural method. The beans are medium roasted, resulting in a full-bodied and creamy profile with distinct flavor notes of milk chocolate and honey. This versatile coffee is suitable for all brewing methods, including filter, espresso, and French press.
