Brasil Cerrado Patrocinio Speciality, sourced from a network of farms and plantations located approximately 15 km east of Patrocinio, Minas Gerais, within the crater of a dormant volcano called Chapadão de Ferro — at 1,260 meters altitude. The nutrient-rich volcanic soil and well-defined seasons contribute to uniform coffee cherries. Ripe cherries are hand-selected, sorted, and sun-dried on specially built patios. Roasted to a medium level, this espresso offers full body, roasted nuts, dessert chocolate, cashew, cocoa, caramel, citrus fruit notes, and a long chocolate finish.
