The farm is run by the Pereira family, continuing the work started by Jose and Nazareth. Coffee is grown on hilltops with 50% slope inclines to avoid frost. Naturally processed, with flavor notes of milk chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, and sweet yellow plums. Low acidity with a sweet, balanced caramel-chocolate profile.
