About This Coffee

A natural processed espresso coffee from Sitio Vargem Grande farm in the Mantiqueira region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown at 1,100–1,400 meters above sea level by owner Rosimeire Aparecida Guerra. The variety is Yellow Catuai, planted in 2010 on a 3-hectare farm. Processed as a natural with aerobic fermentation and dried on raised beds, patio, and mechanical dryer. Flavor notes include caramel, rosehip, and stone fruit, with a sweet, juicy, and balanced profile.
